• Your name, email address, student ID number, and department, provided at sign-up
• A photo of your student ID card, used only to verify enrollment
• Your password, stored in encrypted (hashed) form, we can never see or store it as plain text
• Your answers to teacher rating questionnaires

Your name, student ID, and ID photo exist solely to confirm you are a genuine, currently enrolled JnU student before your account is approved. Your email is used for account verification and important notifications, such as your account being approved or needing a correction. None of this information is sold, rented, or shared with any third party or the university authority; this platform exists specifically to protect your privacy while giving honest feedback.

Ratings are displayed publicly only as aggregated forms, an overall star rating, a star rating per category, and the percentage of students who agreed with each individual question. Your name or identity is never shown next to a rating, and no individual student's answers are ever listed or attributed, even to other students or the teacher being rated.

• Other students and teachers see only aggregated rating results, never your identity or individual answers
• Admins can see your your name, student ID, email (for approval and support purposes) and, where necessary, review rating activity to investigate abuse
• We do not share your data with the university administration, employers, or any other third party

Your ID photo is used only during account review and is not shown publicly anywhere on the platform. It is retained only for as long as needed for verification and moderation purposes.

We use third-party infrastructure providers to run this platform. For example, hosting and database services, and an email delivery service for account verification and notifications. These providers process data only to the extent needed to operate the platform and do not use your information for their own purposes.

You can update your rating answers at any time from a teacher's profile. To request a correction to your account details or to request account deletion, contact us at the email: jnuteachers0@gmail.com

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and access controls limiting who can view account information. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not knowingly expose personal information beyond what is described in this policy.

This policy may be updated as the platform changes. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
